Immigrant Defense Advocates (IDA) is dedicated to ending policies that detain, dehumanize, and destroy immigrant communities. - Provide research and analysis to support the organization’s advocacy efforts.
- Assist in rapid response efforts to emerging policy developments.

- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Experience working in coalition spaces and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex policy issues in an accessible and compelling manner.
